The event was attended by Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva, Vice-Presidents of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Anar Alakbarov, President of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, Farid Gayibov, Minister of Youth and Sports, as well as other notable figures and city residents.

The exhibition featured over 100 vehicles produced up to and including 1986. These included classic cars registered for the event, as well as some exhibits from the permanent collection at the Heydar Aliyev Center. The exhibition was followed by a parade of classic cars. The procession, which passed through the capital's main streets and avenues, ended in the Sea Breeze area
