On December 12, the staff of the Seaside Boulevard Administration visited the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. His memory was honored with deep respect, and flowers were laid at his resting place.

    The memory of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also commemorated, with flowers placed on her grave as well.
