On May 10, the staff of the Seaside Boulevard Administration visited the Alley of Honor to pay tribute to the founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, National Leader Heydar Aliyev, on the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of his birth. His cherished memory was honored with deep respect, and flowers were laid at his grave.

The memory of ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva was also respectfully commemorated, with flowers placed on her grave.
