On May 5, 2021, the first meeting of the Public Council's election commission was held at the Seaside Boulevard Department, chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Board Aghajan Akhmadov. Along with the employees appointed by the members of the election commission of the department, representatives of the Public Association for Educating Youth "Healthy Lifestyle", the Social and Environmental Center "Ecosphere", the Public Association "Environmental Education and Monitoring", the Public Association for the Support of Modern Education "Literate Society" also attended the meeting. The issues of organizing elections to the Public Council of Department were discussed at the meeting.
