The staff of the Seaside Boulevard Administration visited the grave of Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the modern Azerbaijani state and the National Leader, on December 12. The memory of the National Leader was honored, and floral arrangements were laid at his grave.

The memory of the prominent ophthalmologist-scientist, academician Zarifa Khanum Aliyeva, was also commemorated with respect, and flowers were laid on her grave.
