A photo competition dedicated to parrots, one of the most interesting and colorful inhabitants of Baku Boulevard, complementing its wildlife with unique beauty, has been launched.

Within the framework of the competition, participants are invited to capture the parrots they observe in the Seaside National Park area through their camera lenses with the most creative and aesthetic perspective until May 30. As a result, the authors of the 3 most successful photos will be declared winners.

Participants can submit their photos via the link provided in the news section of the official website of the Seaside Boulevard Administration (bulvar.gov.az).

Competition Terms:

• Each participant can only submit one photo to the competition

• Only photos taken during the competition period (May 8 – 30) within the Seaside National Park area are accepted. Photos taken earlier will not be included in the competition

• Strict manipulation (artificial intelligence, montage, addition of artificial objects, etc.) is prohibited. Only minimal adjustments to improve overall quality (light, contrast, color balance, etc.) are allowed

• No author's signature, logo, or any identifying marks should appear on the photos

• Disturbing parrots during photo sessions is prohibited

Competition Stages:

Stage I: May 8 – 30
Participants can submit their photos via the link in the bio section of the Administration's Instagram page or by email to events@bulvar.gov.az. The deadline for applications is May 30.

Stage II:
Photos that meet the requirements are selected and evaluated by a professional jury to determine the winners.

Prizes:

    1st place – 500 AZN

    2nd place – 300 AZN

    3rd place – 200 AZN

Winners Announcement:
The winners of the competition will be announced on June 10, 2026, on the official website of the Seaside Boulevard Administration (bulvar.gov.az) and social media accounts.
