The celebration of National Flag Day in the territory of the National Park began with a free face-art campaign for children organized by the Seaside Boulevard Department. Everyone wishing to participate in the action was depicted with a tricolor on their faces, as well as handed out flags. The concert, organized jointly between the Seaside Boulevard Department and the “Mədəniyyət” TV channel, continued the festive program. The concert, with the participation of famous cultural figures, was later shown on the air of the TV channel.
