In connection with the Formula 1 race held in the capital, access to the section of the National Seaside Park from Azneft Square to the Sea Terminal has been restricted.

As the race route runs parallel to this part of Baku Boulevard and the Formula 1 entertainment zone is located in the same area, access limitations are implemented annually in the lead-up to the event.

However, White City Boulevard, the section of the park from Azneft Square to Bayil Boulevard, as well as entry and exit to Bayil Boulevard, remain open and accessible to the public.
