On October 25, 2021, employees of the State Flag Museum under the Administration Seaside Boulevard Administration presented a lecture on the topic "Flag of Azerbaijan" at the Technical and Humanitarian Lyceum. The lecture was dedicated to November 9 - National Flag Day and the glorious victory in the Patriotic War.
