Cotoneaster (lat.Cotoneaster) – a genus of flowering plants in the rose family, Rosaceae. It naturally grows in western China and Europe. Cotoneaster is a shrub from 0.5–5 m tall, the leaves are long, ovate to lanceolate in shape. It is a frost and drought-resistant shrub and it is naturalised in the Greater Caucasus. It can be found in the territory of the Old Boulevard.
