On July 23, re-elections were held for the Public Council under the Seaside Boulevard Administration
60 out of 98 registered voters took part in the elections. One ballot paper with 6 marked candidates was invalidated. The candidates who received the largest number of votes in the repeat elections were approved as members of the Public Council under the Seaside Boulevard Administration. The list of election winners : 1. Ramil Aliyev, 2. Jamilya Abdulova, 3. Bahar Mammadova, 4. Narmina Qaribova, 5. Qamza Yusubova.
